Position: HVAC Mechanical Manager

Description: This exciting opportunity is with a highly successful Facilities Management service provider.The client is servicing a £1.5 million contract spanning 100 sites in the central london area.The successful candidate will be responsible for all Mechanical works, surveys, quoting and direct client support.You must have HVAC and Mechanical qualifications. You will be office based but will be called out to site to trouble shoot . You must have good experience with commercial boilers,heating and gas. You will be highly IT literate in order to produce quotes and technical documents. The benefits are 20 days holidays and Bank Holidays. Salary: £40k negotiable
