Position: Office Manager
Contract Type: Full Time
Location: London
Description: Our client, who specialise in high end interior fit outs and refurbishments both in the UK and Internationally are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager with strong HR experience.

Location: Greenwich

  • Manage all HR matters
  • Onboard new starters, including creating offer letters, contracts and HR profile 
  • Set up all IT equipment, folders and produce documentation for new employees 
  • Conduct inductions of all new staff, site staff and sub-contractors 
  • Arrange meetings, produce documentation and follow up on annual reviews
  • Roll out new systems to ensure smooth running of the Company 
  • Maintain and update procedures manual and issue to employees
  • Manage holiday and sickness for office and site staff
  • Oversee staff training 
  • Support the MD
  • Manage Company Healthcare
  • Oversee Company Pension 
  • Manage all office utilities 
  • Organise all UK and overseas travel 
  • Main point of contact for any building or maintenance issues, liaising with external contacts 
  • Order and maintain all office furniture 
  • Manage annual insurances, including any in-year changes
  • Line Manage support staff
  • Conduct monthly support staff meetings and follow up on action points 
  • Manage IT systems and software
  • Maintaining accreditation with NICEIC, Safe Contractor, Constructionline
  • Manage Office Fire Alarm, CCTV and Security Alarm 
  • Manage Company vans - annual insurance, renewal dates, MOT, servicing, sign writing, fuel cards and congestion charge
  • Organise office functions 
  • Produce agenda and minutes for weekly Progress Meeting 

Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday

Salary: 29,000.00 - 33,000.00 doe
