Position: Experienced Helpdesk Team Leader
Contract Type: Full Time
Location: London

Our client is seeking to recruit an Experienced Helpdesk Team Leader based at their offices in London WC1E.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working within a Hard Facilities Management Helpdesk
  • Experience of leading a small team
  • Full CAFM experience on PPM & Reactive works delivery and management
  • Previous experience on Planet CAFM
  • Experience of managing high profile, value and challenging PPM and Reactive contracts

Previous experience and proven ability required to deliver all the following:

  • Managing Annual leave for the contract – liaising with C/Mgr. on any clashes or saturation points and ensuring pro-active coverage is organized
  • Planning engineering works across, primarily the reactive area of the contract, including, prioritising and scheduling of PPM works as well
  • Manage the daily allocation and completion of works with transparent methods to review field productivity 
  • Ensuring all costs and PO’s are accounted for/goods in and correctly administered by the team 
  • Achieve desired weekly and monthly company invoicing standards
  • Provide Finance, Contract Management and the board with all required contract data and performance illustrating trends or proposed pro-active solutions to all helpdesk workflows 
  • Support with the Monthly and Yearly Hard FM reports
  • Providing Contract Management with the relevant CAFM reports required on a weekly basis, reviewing so as to ensure they are kept UTD and cleansed at all times, escalating any concerns of exceptions ASAP 
  • Monitoring Peaks of labour hours for maintenances and filter demands
  • Direct Support mechanism to the Contracts Manager to ensure: Service levels are achieved, innovative working practices are created to manage field activities closer, improve communication links to the office and enhance morale across the team
  • Mobilisation of new contracts and overview of performance
  • Keeping track of Contract Manager’s diaries and whereabouts
  • Ensuring engineer and contract assets are updated and correct.
  • Effectively managing all parts and deliveries to ensure they are delivered on time and accounted for at all times
  • Hold weekly 1-2-1s with the admin team.
  • Ensuring Toolbox Talks are booked in and carried out.

Salary: £ 30,000.00 - £ 32,000.00 pa
