Our client is seeking 2X Administrators to work within their Finance Department, supporting the end-to-end process of reconciling third party agent costs and reporting directly to the Head of Finance.

These roles will commence with an initial 2/3 week training period at their London Bridge Offices and once training is complete your week will be structured as below:

  • 3 Days working remotely from home
  • 1 Day working at their London Bridge Office
  • 1 Day working at their Redhill, Surrey Office

This is initially a Temporary contract with the view to become a Permanent role for the successful candidates.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to upkeep & management of internal systems and processes
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
  • Pro-active to review and monitor ways of working to ensure best practice and streamline processes to maximise efficiency

Desired Experience:

  • Possess a strong understanding of supplier processes in a high-volume environment.
  • Good working knowledge of agent cost allocation
  • Previous experience of working with None Direct supplier accounts
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of NDI & Third-Party Agents practices

Hours: 9.00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
