Office Administrator

Our client, located in London SW1X is seeking to recruit an extremely organised, proactive, flexible Office Administrator to cover a variety of duties at this small, professional company.

Working for this family-owned business you would be requested to cover a wide range of duties from washing up to driving to France or Spain on the rare occasion!

A full clean driving license is required for this role.

Duties:

  • Checking emails to be actioned
  • Booking flights confirming travel details including seating etc
  • Booking hotels/ UK and abroad /confirming
  • Booking Restaurants
  • Management of diary /meetings and Teams meetings
  • Driving the Director to appointments and meetings/ lunch appointments (some car sitting) UK
  • Admin for Family office
  • Formulating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Booking and invoicing for guests to the Family Estate and liaising with staff at the Estate

 

Hours – 9.30 to 5pm with flexibility for early/late meetings

4 weeks holiday plus Bank holidays
