Our client, a long established business who are primarily exporters of a diverse range of products to the Caribbean region, are seeking to recruit an experienced Shipping Administrator to join their small team in February/March 2021.
The company offices are located in Bromley, Kent (close to Bromley South Station), but initially you would be required to work remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The successful candidate will require the below listed attributes:
- Previous experience in Shipping/Logistics to include all documentary procedures
- Excellent IT skills with a strong eye for detail – (training will be given on their bespoke system)
- A professional manner and the ability to deal with Clients/Suppliers/Shipping Lines
- Strong organisational skills to ensure all records are maintained up to date accurately and efficiently
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday – (1 hours lunch)
