Our client, located in Swanley, are seeking to recruit a pro-active, positive Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their team. THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
You would be working within the Contact Centre answering a high volume of inbound calls in addition to supporting back office administrative functions. You must possess excellent attention to detail, be a strong problem solver and a team player.
Main/Duties Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound customer calls in a timely effective manner
- Identifying and researching customer needs
- Customer complaints management
- Responding to emails, webforms and written correspondence
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal/external customers
- Processing and assessing customer card applications
- Building positive customer relationships
- Identifying ways of improving the overall customer experience and processes within the department
In addition to the above you must be able to multitask and prioritise your own workload, have the ability to achieve/exceed challenging targets and possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
