Our client, a local educational establishment, located in Blackheath, are seeking to recruit a long-term Temporary Caretaker.

This position is initially a temporary role which could become a permanent role for the right candidate.

Hours:  4.00 pm – 10.00 pm – Monday to Thursday – 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm Friday – 28 hours per week

8.00 am – 4.00 pm during Summer Holidays – 40 hours per week

Immediate Start

Duties:

• Portering
• Locking up of premises (training given)
• Basic DIY
• Setting up of equipment/furniture for lettings/events
• Grounds maintenance

Criteria:

• Previous experience within a similar environment
• Reliable
• Flexible
• Team Player
• Holder of Current Enhanced DBS for Children
