Sales Administration & Business Support

Office Based – Sidcup

Full or part time available

Between 25 – 40 hour week  (salary pro rata dependent upon hours)

Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider specialising in the education sector, seeking an office-based administrator to support their sales team and process customer enquiries.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination for our Sales team, to their Finance, Operations, and Support departments, as well as their customers, enabling the sales team to focus on opportunities.

Responsibilities

To provide direct day-to-day support to our Sales team inc;

  • Answering sales calls and logging enquiries
  • Monitoring Sales inbox
  • Updating the company sales/invoice ledger
  • Order processing
  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and customer contracts
  • Managing customers renewals
  • Liaising with Helpdesk and Operations teams
  • Updating clients on existing orders and deliveries
  • Assisting with general back-office administration.

 

Requirements

  • DBS certification (this will be processed as part of on-boarding)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisation skills, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of MS Office and MS 365 apps

 

Desirable Experience

  • QuickBooks Online
  • Sales or customer service
  • Technology sector
  • Education sector
  • Current Enhanced DBS
